Using the NTP Pool /
Does pool.ntp.org support NTP authentication?

The public NTP Pool doesn’t support authentication.

You can configure one or more internal servers syncronize with the NTP Pool or other time sources and then have the devices requiring authentication synchronize with them.

Likely if you have a requirement for authentication, using the NTP Pool as a time source will not be appropriate.
